The punching phase is made with either totally automatic or hand driven machines, depending on production needs; a very careful check is constantly enabled on the cutting results removing all items not compliant with Benders Italia standards.
While making industrial cup cakes the punching is performed at the same time as the moulding thanks to state-of-the-art machineries.
